HTML Editor: Undo and Redo

Undo vs. Redo

The Undo tool reverses a change you just made within the HTML editor. The Redo tool puts the change back and thus only works after you have used Undo first.

Access Undo and Redo

  1. To undo changes, click the down arrow button next to the Paste (clipboard) button and select Undo.

    The Undo and Redo options are accessed by clicking the down arrow next to the Paste button.

  2. If you click Undo again, the previous change will also be undone.
  3. If you click Redo, the change removed by the last undo will be reinstated.

Note: You can also activate Undo with Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Command+Z (Macintosh). You can also activate Redo with Ctrl+Y (Windows only).
